The Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra (WCO) is one of the elite chamber ensembles in the United States, and is dedicated to advancing Wisconsin communities through the transformative power of music. Well known throughout the region as home of Concerts on the Square.

What began as a Campaign Specialist & Graphic Design Internship in Madison, Wisconsin, grew into a remote role as the WCO’s Design & Communications Coordinator. I fulfilled my WCO marketing and design responsibilities from Fort Collins, Colorado and worked on a variety of projects each day:

Designed print and digital assets, as well as large-scale signage and merchandise collateral.
Organized and oversaw promotional events, such as Concerts on the Square drive-ins and virtual #Couchertos while COVID-19 affected the WCO’s ability to perform together in public.
Managed department budgets, production partners, media and public relations strategy/partners.
Managed WCO’s external communications channels: digital marketing strategy, content strategy across web, social, email communications.
Advised company leadership on ways to improve or update public image.
Created, maintained and monitored style guidelines that outline proper use of the new brand (WCO was rebranded by SuzCo Brands + Haroldson Art & Design, Spring 2020). I implemented WCO’s new style into refreshed brand assets: event programs, event signage, digital assets, business cards, etc.
